Phil Rubin – CEO & President
Phil has 20 years of strategic marketing experience with an emphasis on loyalty and relationship marketing, integrated communications, partnership development, promotions and program development. He founded the loyalty practice at Loyaltyworks and led the spin-off and formation of rDialogue.
Prior to joining Loyaltyworks, Phil spent nearly four years as an independent consultant focusing on both established and emerging growth companies. Before that he was Group Vice President and General Manager of The Lacek Group, a loyalty marketing services firm now part of OgilvyOne. While at Lacek he established the Atlanta office and was responsible for leading the development and implementation of loyalty and relationship marketing strategies on behalf of clients such as Delta Air Lines, Cox Communications, Premiere Technologies, United Parcel Service and Iridium.
In addition to work at Lacek and in advertising, Phil has developed and managed loyalty and relationship marketing programs focused on consumers and intermediaries as a client both at Midway Airlines and at GTE Wireless (now Verizon). He began his career going through Macy’s Executive Training Program.
Phil has an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing and strategy from the A. B. Freeman School at Tulane University and a B.S. in Finance from L.S.U.
Outside of work, Phil is involved in non-profit leadership, serving on the boards of the Anti-Defamation League and The Weber School.

Meg Culp – Vice President, Solutions Development
Meg has over 15 years of marketing experience on the consulting, agency and client sides including an extensive background in research and customer analytics.
Prior to rDialogue, Meg was Director of Customer Research and Loyalty for a web hosting company (Interland/Web.com) and instrumental in that firm's turnaround toward profitability through customer centricity (versus product-centricity).
Meg also spent four years with Knowledgebase Marketing as a Strategic Consultant leading CRM and analytical engagements. Representative clients included Cisco Systems, Charles Schwab, Papa Johns, Sprint, Texas Utilities, and Visa.
Meg also spent time as a Brand Analyst with Price McNabb, an integrated agency in Charlotte known for smart, effective work. Meg started out with Fitzgerald + Co., a McCann agency in Atlanta.
Meg has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina.

Vick Kenyon – Vice President, Account Director
Vick is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience creating, implementing, and managing a broad range of successful online and offline programs – for both direct marketing and traditional broad awareness campaigns. She is a dedicated, results-oriented, cross-functional project leader with an exceptional balance of strong analytical, business planning, and interpersonal skills.
Prior to working at Loyaltyworks and then rDialogue, Vick worked at Response Media Products, where she expanded her expertise in direct marketing, she planned and executed online (email and Web) and direct mail acquisition buys for a long list of clients. At Cox Interactive Media, she oversaw the interactive advertising for over 20 of their city and specialty Web sites. Also as their Database Marketing Manager, she co-created a weekly customizable e-mail newsletter for the network that doubled the size of their database within the first two months of implementation. Prior to that, she also held marketing management positions at Marriott Corporation, Days Inns, and RichFX.
Vick’s career began in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather in New York as a media planner working on such brands as American Express, Hershey, Lever Brothers, General Foods, and Ex-Lax. She later transferred to their Atlanta office where she bought and planned media for clients which included: Hardee’s, C&S Bank, and Harris/3M Copiers (now Lanier, a division of Ricoh). Later she was media director at both Babbit & Reiman and WHM&G Advertising in Atlanta, leading work on accounts such as Days Inns, Del Taco, Aaron Rents, and Château Élan Winery & Resort.
Vick received her B.A. in Economics and Management Science from Duke University

Don Adams – Director, Solutions Development
Don has 20 years of marketing communications and loyalty program development experience with a strong background in partnership marketing, program management and project management.
Before rDialogue, Don managed AirTran Airways' A+ Rewards frequent traveler program including launching the A+ Visa card, automating the program and managing all related partnerships. Prior to AirTran, Don worked as a consultant for PlanetJam Media Group which developed loyalty programs for radio stations, spent two years at The Home Depot in the newly created position of Bankcard Marketing Manager, and three years as a relationship marketing manager at what is now InterContinental Hotels Group responsible for acquisition, retention and the Priority Club Visa card.
Don began his career in marketing at Delta Air Lines, where in seven years there he worked in advertising, relationship marketing, as well as partnership marketing including launch and promotion of the Delta SkyMiles American Express Card.
Don has a B.A. in Economics, Political Science and Sociology with a minor in Computer Science from Furman University, as well as a brief graduate term in which he studied Chinese Language and Culture at the Beijing Language Institute.

Catharine Holihan – Account Supervisor, Solutions Delivery
Catharine has over 10 years of account management experience working on various types of customer marketing projects including interactive, print and broadcast. Her work at rDialogue has included engineering the user experience for the Leaders Club, Merial UlcerGard and Spanx Assets sites as well as developing and executing effective email strategies and campaigns for Merial, Kimpton, Spanx and EarthLink.
Prior to joining rDialogue, Catharine worked for advertising and interactive agencies in Atlanta including Bigelow Advertising and Definition 6. As an account supervisor at Bigelow she worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Priority Club, and Heavenly Ham, among others.
While at Definition6 she established strategic direction, planned the cross-brand email efforts for Georgia Pacific, and revamped the Brawny, Quilted Northern, Sparkle, Angel Soft, and Dixie Krazy Kritters brand sites while simultaneously managing banner ad and co-registration campaigns.
Catharine has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Georgia.
