We’re currently looking for A Director of Client Strategy in either Atlanta or Denver

Our Director, Client Strategy serve as an advocate working closely with clients to guide them through our strategy process to create custom and highly effective business and marketing solutions. Since we’re an agile resource to our clients, no two engagements are exactly the same so we need problem solvers who are always looking for a new challenge.   • Develop strategy presentations, POVs, and briefing documents to inspire business and strategy decisions. 

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior clients and agency partners, demonstrating a passionate understanding of a diverse business and category mix. 

  • Act as a nimble connector and collaborator across an integrated strategy, marketing, creative, and account management team. 

  • Actively contribute thought leadership and ideas for evolving company outputs and growing client business. 

  • Balance big-picture ideas with digging in to bring those ideas to life.

Successful candidates will have some combination of the following:

  • 7+ years of strategy experience in a strategy and marketing environment, with a focus on customer marketing, loyalty planning or strategy on integrated marketing challenges in either agency or client side roles. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate degree a plus 

  • Experience working across traditional and digital media, with a strong understanding of digital and social platforms.  

  • Strong grasp on consumer research methods, with the ability to manage qualitative and quantitative projects and tell stories from data 

  • Confident and effective communicator, able to challenge ideas and rally a team around new ways of doing things 

  • Strong relationship management skills–both internal and client-facing 

  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
