We’re currently looking for A Director of Client Services in either Atlanta or Denver

Our Director, Client Services is our advocate working closely with clients to guide them through our strategy process to create custom and highly effective business and marketing solutions. Since we’re an agile resource to our clients, no two engagements are exactly the same so we need problem solvers who are always looking for a new challenge.   • Serve as the day to day contact for the client, manage and grow client relationships, and advocate for the client within rD

  • Understand the client’s business needs and develop a comprehensive examination of the business opportunity

  • Quantify the customer marketing opportunity

  • Lead an internal team to build innovative recommendations and applicable roadmaps

  • Contribute to rD’s Centers of Excellence by exploring and developing a point of view on best practices, technology platforms to support customer marketing (loyalty and CRM) and emerging technologies

Successful candidates will have some combination of the following

  • 8+ years of experience in client leadership with a clear trajectory from entry to senior-level in an agency setting 

  • Proven track record of exceptional performance in previous account management roles (experience with financial services is preferred) 

  • Proven history of success managing measurement-driven marketing campaigns 

  • Reputation for innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit in all areas of business 

  • Strong history managing client budgets and financials 

  • Strong marketing experience in managing strategy development, campaign creation and execution including digital campaigns, communications efforts and supporting technologies
