Americans have a unique love affair with breakfast. Huddle House understands America’s love for hearty, home-style breakfasts served in a friendly environment. With more than 400 restaurants open or under development, the brand saw increased competition in the crowded restaurant space. They needed a loyalty program to increase customer frequency and spend.

We engaged rDialogue to develop our new loyalty program and provide guidance as we selected a new technology platform.   • Following our design-led technology approach, we conducted a technology RFP and selection to identify the ideal platform for their program, vs. the ideal program for a technology.

Huddle House engaged rDialogue to define and build their program into a ‘pilot’ state.

  • Developed Huddle Up Rewards™—a customer loyalty program that rewards customers with food, offers and other perks the more they dine.
  • A pilot launched October 2015 and was rolled out to the full portfolio in early 2016.  The program has seen strong enrollment, earning and redemption.
