Americans have a unique love affair with breakfast. Huddle House understands America’s love for hearty, home-style breakfasts served in a friendly environment. With more than 400 restaurants open or under development, the brand saw increased competition in the crowded restaurant space. They needed a loyalty program to increase customer frequency and spend.
We engaged rDialogue to develop our new loyalty program and provide guidance as we selected a new technology platform. Their strategic process led us to the right technology and loyalty program for our business and guests. Developed Huddle Up Rewards™—a customer loyalty program that rewards customers with food, offers and other perks the more they dine.
A pilot launched October 2015 and was rolled out to the full portfolio in early 2016. The program has seen strong enrollment, earning and redemption.
