Phil Rubin

Chief Executive Officer

A die-hard Saints fan, Phil knows a thing or two about loyalty. Over the course of his over-20-year career, he’s blended experience and innovation to evolve the way businesses identify, retain and expand their best customers. An impeccable leader with passion to spare, Phil founded the loyalty practice at Loyaltyworks, and led the spin-off and formation of rDialogue. Before all that, he was Group VP and General Manager at The Lacek Group—a loyalty marketing services firm that is now a part of OgilvyOne.
Through the years, some of the world’s smartest companies including Delta Airlines, Cox Communications, Premiere Technologies, United Parcel Service, Midway Airlines, and GTE Wireless have sought Phil’s expertise and it’s no surprise why. He’s fiercely loyal to his craft, his clients, and his teams (both rDialogue & the Saints) and he’s managed to build a team of high-caliber marketers who share his integrity and dedication.

Meg Culp

Executive Vice President, Strategy

Meg is a go-getter. She sees something that could be done better and pushes to improve, innovate and stay ahead of the curve. One of the first to join the rDialogue team, her focus, experience and creativity have played a integral role in shaping the company.
Prior to rDialogue, Meg gathered 20+ years of experience in advertising, relationship marketing, research and analytics, and database development for heavy hitters like Sprint, Charles Schwab, Papa John’s, and Cisco.
When Meg isn’t working, she dreams of taking a good nap. In her opinion, Spain’s institutionalized naptime is true brilliance. With her drive and her ability to get things done, we expect she’ll fight until it’s adopted in the US. Then she’ll take a quick siesta and get back to giving her clients 110%.

Matt Garrett

Executive Vice President, Strategy & Implementation

It’s not often that you find someone who possesses a razor-sharp analytical mind and forward-thinking creative vision. This is Matt. For over 20 years, Matt has been delivering world-class branding insight, tech savviness, and keen analytical perspective to brands such as IBM, Equifax, AT&T, American Express, Abercrombie & Kent, Exclusive Resorts and more. In 2006, Brandweek named him one of the Top 10 Marketers of the Next Generation. It surprised Matt, but not the rest of us. He’s a natural-born leader whose intelligence and magnetism pull together happy, productive teams and generate impressive results.
As far as we can tell, Matt’s capable of pretty much anything except developing an attitude. Thanks to his three loving daughters, he’s reminded nightly that he’s a dork. His ego is popped before it has a fighting chance to inflate.
